In 2022, Kurt, a dedicated pharmacist, purchased his first pharmacy to better serve his community. Seeing the challenges participants faced within the NDIS framework, such as complex ordering, poor communication, and budget tracking, he established a disability company to provide essential consumables. To address these inefficiencies, Kurt founded MyConsumables, an innovative platform designed to simplify consumables management for participants, families, and providers. To scale this vision, Kurt partnered with Jason, a pharmacist and entrepreneur with expertise in growing tech start-ups and managing healthcare businesses. Together, they created a solution to revolutionise NDIS consumables management by improving communication, streamlining processes, and empowering care providers.
